Actress Rani Mukerji and filmmaker Aditya Chopra were blessed with a baby girl on Wednesday morning, and they’ve named the baby ‘Adira’, a fusion of their own names ‘Aditya’ and ‘Rani’.
The good news was shared by Yash Raj Films with this note:
Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra have been blessed with a baby girl today. Adira, a healthy and fiesty daughter was born at Breach Candy Hospital this morning.‘I would like to thank all my well wishers and fans’, Rani said, ‘Today life has given us God’s greatest gift with Adira. We thank fans our friends and well wishers for their unconditional support and blessings. With joy we begin this new chapter in our lives.’
