If you’re a Robert Langdon fan Tom Hanks will win you over in Dan Brown’s next film adaptation Inferno. The brightest mind in the world comes back to solve another mystery and save the world once again from a deadly virus that could potentially wipe out half of the world’s population. Only this time, he’s not doing it alone. Our very own Irrfan Khan helps symbologist Hanks figure out that he’s a part of the problem, a victim of sorts, and probably didn’t know it yet.

Director Ron Howard is helming this historical thriller too, and if you were blown away by his previous films The Da Vinci Code and Angels and Demons, you’ll be curious about Inferno too.

Tom Hanks has been all praise about his Indian co-star Irrfan Khan and his performance in the film.

Here’s what I hate about Irrfan Khan... I always think I’m the coolest guy in the room, and everybody’s hanging on to every word I say and everybody’s a little intimidated to be in my presence. And then Irrfan Khan walks into the room. And he’s the coolest guy in the room.

Inferno also stars Felicity Jones and decodes Dante’s vision of hell. The Hollywood flick will hit theatres worldwide on 28 October.
