Philip K. Dick's Electric Dreams

Dystopian horror with a dash of compassion.
The Grand Tour S3
A British motoring television series, presented by Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May is a cauldron of adventure, excitement and friendship.
The three hosts travel the globe and attempt extraordinary things, like becoming special forces soldiers at a secret training base, taking a powerful car on a test track, and going on the traditional gentleman's tour of Italy.
They are now revving up for Season 3. Find out where they will pitch their travelling tent, next.
The Man In The High Castle S3
Loosely based on Philip K. Dick's novel of the same name and executive produced by Ridley Scott, a glimpse into an alternate history of North America - an imagined past - where after WWII the Nazis win the war.
This post-WWII dystopia garnered a lot of critical acclaim and was enlisted by Rolling Stones as one of the forty best science fiction television shows of all time. It’s returning for a third season this year on Amazon Prime Video.
Making of Sakht Launda
In another collaboration with OML (Only Much Louder) Amazon is set to please die-hard Zakir Khan fans. Khan was catapulted into the limelight after his win at Comedy Central's India's Best Stand Up Comedian competition. Popular for his phrase Sakht launda pighal gaya..., he exudes the charm of an average Indori boy.
This is an autobiographical show, where Khan essays the character of a fictionalised version of himself. Employing his rustic and anecdotal humour, he will analyse his personal relationships and the experience of being a small fish in a big city pond.
“Customers have told us how much they enjoyed Stand-Up Comedy Specials on Prime Video and we have been the leaders in defining this space for local stand-up comedy. So, we’re now set to launch a brand new comedy offering, created by some of the same comedians,” said Vijay Subramaniam, Director, Content, Amazon Prime Video India recently to a news service.
Varun Thakur’s Shaitan Haveli is already streaming on the platform. A parody Indian horror films in the 80s and early 90s, it’s a homage to the B-grade horror cult filmmakers, the Ramsays.
Die Trying
In Kenny Sebastian’s show, two young and fledgling Bangalore musicians are insistent on making it big in the music scene. People think otherwise. Armed with blind confidence and mediocre music, they are convinced that they will own the scene. But will their pipe dreams be fulfilled?
Breathe
Madhavan, Amit Sadh and Sapna Pubby star in this psychological drama/thriller about ordinary people and their tryst with extraordinary circumstances.
This one marks the affable Maddy’s sinister turn as serial killer. Kabir (Sadh), a brilliant but non-conventional officer of the Crime Branch, puts the pieces together of seemingly unconnected deaths that lead up to an unlikely suspect - the amiable Danny (Madhavan).
Kabir will not stop till he cracks the case and delivers justice. The trilingual series (Hindi, Tamil and Telugu) will start streaming from 26 January onwards.
