Rasika Dugal has become the digital star. She is on every second good show that is coming out and has been gathering fans with every show. On the sets of her new Hotstar show Out Of Love, she spoke about her character Mira Kapoor.
“Mira Kapoor is grey, like all of us are. Things happen to her in the series. We see her taking many different decisions, many different turns. Sometimes, some very dark decisions. Sometimes, just basically trying to find the strength to cope with what is happening to her and trying to figure out how life will move from the time she finds out that her husband is having an affair.”

“There is a lot of work that goes in, which is making me very happy and is satisfying the actor in me. And that’s very new. I have waited for it for very long. I’m very happy. There is a lot of work and a variety of work. And there is room for all sorts of genres to exist and do well.”

Speaking about choosing between feature films like Manto and shows like Delhi Crime, she said:
“It’s not about that. A film v/s a web show is really about the kind of people you are working with. And how much you connect with the director and co-actors actually, that’s the most important thing. That is different in different experiences.”
