Since the release of Shirish Kunder’s short film Kriti, it has been tangled with accusations of plagiarism. Nepali filmmaker Aneel Neupane accused Kunder of copying from his film Bob. Kunder rubbished the allegations and even sent a legal notice to the makers of Bob for making “false and defamatory allegations against him”.

And wife Farah Khan is really upset over it. In an interview with Mid Day, Farah Khan said that a script goes to a lot of people involved in the filmmaking process and it’s quite possible that someone stole their idea.

Nobody knew about their film until recently, but there is a limit to everything. Every time a film releases, someone gets up and alleges plagiarism. Any Tom, Dick and Harry cannot just cry foul and take away someone’s hard work
