Variety’s list of the highest paid actors on US television has Game of Thrones actors standing tall in the top ten. While Robert de Niro tops the chart at an estimated income of $775,000 per episode of David O Russell’s upcoming Amazon project, the Game of Thrones cast is not far behind.

Your favourite GoT actors Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen), Nikolaj Coster Waldau (Jaime Lannister), Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister), Kit Harington (Jon Snow) and Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister) take home some serious big bucks, an estimated $500,000 each per episode for their roles on the epic HBO drama. Looks like the Lannisters are winning this competition.

Mark Hermon of NCIS beat the Game of Thrones gang at second position with an estimated income of $525,000 per episode of NCIS.

Wrestler-turned actor Dwayne Johnson, who is also one of the highest paid movie stars in the world, takes home an estimated $650,000 per episode of Ballers. By the way, guess who took a paycut but still made it to the highest paid comedy TV stars list? Jim Parsons, Kunal Nayyar and Simon Helberg of course. They’re now at par with their female co-stars Mayim Bialik and Melissa Rauch at $900,000 per episode of the smash hit comedy series.
