Anna and Elsa are back, finally! The stars of Disney’s runaway smash hit Frozen are back with the entire crew in the first full-length trailer for the highly awaited sequel. The sisters set path on a brand new adventure that leads them deep into uncharted territory. While the trailer plays coy with plot details, it features a lot of intriguing imagery and tidbits to keep us hooked.

Take a look.

From what we see in the trailer, there is a focus on Elsa discovering new dimensions of her powers while Anna seeks to uncover a mystery from the girls’ pasts. We see Elsa training in the ocean just like the teaser but this time she is visited by a magical horse. Then, the trolls give her some vague advice to “go north into the unknown” (GoT flashbacks anyone?) We see snippets of Olaf and Kristoff along for the ride which involves Stonehenge and giants(!) Finally we get an ominous warning that even Elsa’s powers may not be enough to guide the girls through this one. Goosebumps!

Here’s the official synopsis.

Why was Elsa born with magical powers? The answer is calling her and threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, and Sven, she’ll set out on a dangerous but remarkable journey. In “Frozen,” Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In “Frozen 2,” she must hope they are enough.

The original cast of Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Josh Gad, and Jonathan Groff is back for Frozen II and so are directors Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck.

Frozen II is out in cinemas 22 November.
