First it was Coldplay and Mastodon, now Ed Sheeran will be a part of fantasy drama television series, Game of Thrones. The creators of the show, David Benioff and DB Weiss have got Ed Sheeran to do an appearance on the mega-hit show.

Maisie Williams has been quite the Sheeran fan girl, and thus, the creators thought it would be the best way to surprise the actress who plays the character of Arya Stark on the show.

What or who Ed Sheeran will be playing has yet to be announced, but we’re sure it’ll be something that the Shape Of You singer will play brilliantly.
