All Allegations Against Nana Patekar False: Lawyer on SWC’s Notice
The actor plans to seek an apology from Tanushree Dutta.

After denying the allegations made against him by Tanushree Dutta, Nana Patekar’s lawyer has responded to the notice sent by State Women Commissions that was issued after Tanushree filed a complaint, reports ANI.
“All allegations against him are false and far from the truth,” said Aniket Nikam, lawyer of Nana Patekar.
On 28 September, Nana Patekar made a statement through his lawyer that he will be sending Tanushree a legal notice. According to ANI, Nana's lawyer Rajendra Shirodkar stated, “In process of sending legal notice to Tanushree Dutta as she has made false allegations and has spoken untruth. We will send the notice which will be basically a notice seeking apology for her statements making allegations.”
Tanushree has stated that she has yet to receive a notice through Nana’s representative.
