Vikrant Massey Confirms Engagement After Private Roka Ceremony
The actor has been dating his ‘Broken But Beautiful’ co-star for four years.

Vikrant Massey has got engaged to his Broken but Beautiful co-star Sheetal Thakur. The actor told Koimoi that they had a private roka ceremony in the presence of family and a few friends. They were reportedly engaged in mid-November. Details about the wedding are still under wraps with Vikrant saying, “I think I would like to speak about this at the right time, but yes we had a very small private function. I would talk about marriage and everything at the right time”
Vikrant and Sheetal have reportedly been dating for four years. She plays his wife in Alt Balaji web series Broken but Beautiful, which also stars Vicky Kaushal’s ex Harleen Sethi. The couple often post photos of each other on Instagram, which have sparked rumours of an impending wedding in the past.
The second season of Broken but Beautiful began on 29 November. Vikrant Massey is also set to star opposite Deepika Padukone in Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak, which releases on 10 January 2020. The film is based on the real-life story of Laxmi Aggarwal, who survived an acid attack in 2005 at the age of 15. Vikrant’s role is modelled on that of Laxmi’s partner, social activist Alok Dixit. He also recently kicked off the shoot for romantic comedy Ginny Weds Sunny, which is being directed by Puneet Khanna and stars Yami Gautam and Jimmy Shergill.
