Urvashi Rautela’s Fake Aadhaar Used to Book Hotel Room in Bandra

Urvashi Rautela has approached Bandra police after she learnt about the Aadhaar fraud.

Urvashi Rautela’s identity has falsely been used to book a room at a five-star hotel in Bandra. The actor has approached the Bandra police after she learnt about the fraud when she went to the hotel for an event.

The Bandra police has registered an FIR under section 420 of IPC and relevant sections of the IT Act. “At 10:30pm, she was approached by a hotel staff who told her that a room was booked in her name. She told the staff that no such booking was made by her. She then went to check the documents submitted to book the hotel online,” said a source to Hindustan Times.

Rautela’s Aadhaar card had been used to do the booking. And according to reports, the fake one’s Aadhaar number was compared with the original and found to be different.
