On 27 October, a fire accident occurred at the Diwali bash hosted by Amitabh Bachchan in Mumbai, when Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s manager’s lehenga caught fire. Shah Rukh Khan instantly jumped in and tried to put out the fire. Now, Dabangg actor Salman has reacted to the news of SRK saving the day.
Salman took to Instagram to share a special video starring Shah Rukh Khan. Salman’s creative skills are at their peak as he has taken a clip from the song ‘Manwa Lage’ from Happy New Year and added his own voiceover to it. Salman can be heard saying, “Hero woh hota hai jo aag mein kud ke, bujha ke bachata hai (A true hero jumps into a fire, puts it out and saves you)“

At the party, a woman named Archana Sadanand’s lehenga caught fire after coming in contact with a diya. Archana is Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s manager and has been representing her for over a decade. SRK, upon noticing, jumped in and tried to put out the fire. Soon after, Archana had to be rushed to the hospital and admitted in the ICU, while SRK suffered minor burns. The news was reported by mid-day.
The party was held at Jalsa in Juhu, Mumbai. Archana was admitted in Mumbai’s Nanavati hospital. She had reportedly sustained 15 percent burns on her hands and right leg.
On the work front, Salman Khan is currently prepping for his upcoming franchise film Dabangg 3 which releases on 20 December. It is directed by Prabhu Deva and stars Sonakshi Sinha, Saiee Manjrekar and Sudeep Kiccha.

As for Shah Rukh, he has not announced any film lately. Recently, he appeared on David Letterman’s Netflix special My Next Guest.
