According to a rural court in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, the verdict in the Salman Khan Kankani black buck poaching case will be announced on 5 April.
India Today reported that Salman's lawyer Hastimal Saraswat was present for the court hearing along with lawyers of the other parties - Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Dushyant Singh.
Final arguments on both sides have been completed in the Chief Judicial Magistrate Rural Court in Jodhpur.
Salman was earlier acquitted in the 18-year-old Arms Act case by the Chief Judicial Magistrate. The charges levelled against Salman were that he had illegally used weapons to kill two black buck deer in Jodhpur while shooting for Hum Saath Saath Hai in 1998. But there was not enough evidence to prove that the actor had indeed used his weapons to hunt.
Salman Khan allegedly shot at and killed two chinkaras in Bhawad and one in Ghoda Farms. The Rajasthan High Court acquitted him in July, 2016, in the Chinkara poaching case.
