The Oshiwara Police has sent summons to Race 3 actor Daisy Shah asking her to record her statement in the sexual harassment case filed by Tanushree Dutta against Nana Patekar. Shah was an assistant choreographer on Horn Ok Pleassss, and helped Dutta pick up her steps.

Dutta had also named choreographer Ganesh Acharya in the complaint.

According to Mid-Day, a senior officer confirmed the development.

“We will record statements of everyone present on the sets when the alleged incident took place,” he said.

Shah has been asked to record her statement at the police station within a couple of weeks. She had earlier shown support for Dutta, but however said that she did not know what transpired on that day on set.

“We rehearsed for 3-4 days before shooting song and on the sets also for first 2 days everything went very swiftly and on the third day something happened which I am not aware of but Tanushree, being a woman, she has come out and she has said that this is what she has gone through. So I totally sympathize with her.”
