Kangana Ranaut, in her recent appearance in Aap Ki Adalat, condemned the Women’s Commission as “saleable hypocrites” in connection to her hugely publicised spat with Hrithik Roshan. Understandably, the Maharashtra State Commission of Women isn’t happy.

When quizzed about why she didn’t approach the women’s commission when alleged ex-beau Hrithik Roshan threatened to leak personal mails and pictures, Kangana said that she indeed had approached them in Mumbai. Gurmeet Chaddha, who heads the city bureu, showed a lot of enthusiasm initially because it was a high-profile case and promised to help. A couple of days later, she called to say that Rakesh Roshan was a friend and that the matter was needlessly going out of hand.

“From that day, I can’t bear to hear their name. They are saleable hypocrites,” Kangana Ranaut said.

Now taking matters ahead, Vijaya Rahatkar, the chairperson of the Maharashtra State Commission of Women has said in a series of tweets that she was deeply disturbed by Kangana’s “irresponsible” and “grave allegations” against the commission. She said that neither has Kangana ever approached the commission nor was Gurmeet Chaddha associated with it.

Your turn, Kangana.
