A complaint has been filed against Salman Khan at Mumbai’s DN Nagar police station by a man who has been identified as Ashok Shyamlal Pandey alleging that the actor had snatched his phone away from him.
According to reports, Salman had been cycling to the Yash Raj Studios in Andheri accompanied by his bodyguards. Ashok began filming Salman from a vehicle nearby, which irked the actor.
Onlookers have claimed that both Salman and his bodyguards had requested the man to stop filming to no avail. Salman and the man allegedly got into a scuffle that ended up in the actor snatching his phone away from him. The handset was later returned by Salman’s bodyguards.
Salman’s latest film Bharat is set to release on 5 June. The film is a remake of South Korean title Ode to My Father. In it, the actor dons several avatars, including that of a stuntman, miner and naval officer. The film has been directed by Ali Abbas Zafar and also stars Katrina Kaif, Sunil Grover, Jackie Shroff, Tabu and Disha Patani.
