His memoir, An Ordinary Life, is still bringing enough and more trouble to Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Even though he withdrew the book following a backlash from his ex-es including Miss Lovely actor Niharika Singh, Nawaz has now been sued by a former girlfriend, actor Sunita Rajwar.

Described in the book as his “first love”, Sunita has sent Nawaz a legal notice demanding a compensation of Rs 2 crore and unconditional apology for maligning her image.

Sunita told Deccan Chronicle:

“I am taking legal action because the damage is already done and it’s irreversible... The withdrawal of the memoir turned out to be a another gimmick as the book is still in circulation.”

Earlier, Sunita had put up a visceral post on Facebook denying Nawaz’s version of incidents that led to their eventual break-up.
