Model and actor, Esha Gupta posted a picture of a bruised child on Twitter with a comment on the mayhem in Syria, following the bombardment of eastern Ghouta ((a suburb of Syria’s capital, Damascus) over the past week. Over 556 have been reported dead in the bombing.
Drawing attention to the Syrian crisis, Esha who has acted in films like Commando 2 and Rustom tweeted:
The vigilant battalion of trolls unleashed their wrath on her. Some referred to her privileges of tweeting from an AC room and others bullied her by saying that she first needs to raise her voice against the malaise prevalent in her own country.
Esha refused to be intimidated and cowered into the corner by the trolls and responded with sass, implying that humanity need not be confined by borders.
