FIR Filed Against Troll Who Threatened Anurag’s Daughter With Rape

Anurag Kashyap has filed an FIR against the social media troll who threatened to rape his daughter Aaliya. The FIR has been registered at Amboli police station and the accused has been booked under sections 504 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code and 67 of Information Technology Act.

Anurag took to Twitter to share the information.

BJP had recently won the Lok Sabha elections by a huge margin. Many Bollywood celebrities took to Twitter to congratulate Narendra Modi. Anurag Kashyap also congratulated him, but there was something else that the filmmaker had to say.

A follower of the PM had threatened Anurag Kashyap’s daughter on Twitter with rape if he continues to voice his dissent against the Prime Minister. To which Anurag Kashyap replied, “ Dear Narendra Modi sir. Congratulations on your victory and thank you for the message of inclusiveness. Sir please also tell us how do we deal with these followers of yours who celebrate your victory by threatening my daughter with messages like this for me being your dissenter.”

After the landslide victory, Narendra Modi had thanked the citizens of the country and said, “The people’s mandate in 2019 has been for a ‘New India’”. He further said: “If someone has won, it’s Hindustan that has won, it’s democracy that has won, it’s public that has won, & therefore, all BJP & NDA people with humility dedicate this victory to public. I congratulate all the winners, no matter from which party or which region they contested.”
