Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar just did what most Bollywood celebrities wouldn’t dare to - he took the Mumbai Metro! The actor took to Twitter to share a selfie video in which he elaborates on his experience.
In the video, Akshay explains how he ended up in the metro. He says, “I was shooting in Ghatkopar. I wanted to go to Versova and my map said that it would take me 2 hours and 5 minutes. So my director, Raj, who has directed Good News, suggested we take the metro instead.”
“I am quietly standing here in a corner. I think some people have recognised me. I’ll show you how it is,” he adds. Akshay then also flips the camera and gives us a glimpse of the crowded metro.
He further says that it takes the metro only twenty minutes to cover the said distance. He also says, “This is the only transportation on an elevation so no matter how much it rains, the metro will not be affected.”
Finally he concludes by thanking Raj for the adventurous idea and signs off with a goodbye.
