Aishwarya celebrates Day of Smiles on her father’s birth anniversary.

In 2009, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan became the Goodwill Ambassador of Smile Train, an organisation which helps treat children with untreated clefts around the world. Aishwarya’s father Krishnaraj Rai became a member of the Smile Train group and through The Aishwarya Rai Foundation helped in the treatment of 100 children. Every year, Aishwarya celebrates the Day of Smiles on 20 November, her father’s birth anniversary.

This year too she was accompanied by her mother Brindya Rai and daughter Aaradhya. They spent time with the children, cut a cake and handed over gifts.
