‘Begum Jaan’ Declared Tax-free in Jharkhand

Vidya Balan’s upcoming film Begum Jaan has been declared tax-free in Jharkhand. Raghubar Das, Chief Minister of the state, took to Twitter to declare the news. He wrote that since the film has been mostly shot in Jharkhand and the cast was happy with the state’s hospitality, Begum Jaan would be tax-free there. Vidya and Mahesh Bhatt were in Ranchi to promote the film.

Das also added that Vidya has agreed to promote the crafts of the state.
