Salman Khan recently shared a glimpse from the sets of his upcoming film Bharat on his Instagram. The photo shows him and co-star Katrina Kaif standing together at the Wagah Border with their backs to the camera.
He had earlier also posted a picture of the two with him in a black kurta and Katrina in a green lehenga.
The film is an adaptation of South Korean movie Ode to My Father and is being directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. It also stars Sunil Grover, Tabu and Disha Patani. Priyanka Chopra had initially been cast as well, but Zafar revealed that she had bowed out owing to her upcoming wedding with Nick Jonas.
According to Mid-day, the Bollywood version of the film will be more emotional than its Korean counterpart as Salman felt it would help Indian audiences better connect with the story. The director of the Korean film Yoon Je-kyoon and co-producer Park Ji-seong have reportedly green-lit the revised script.
