Twitter just doesn’t seem to get Rishi Kapoor and his sense of humour. The veteran actor, who is often criticised for his provocative tweets, has managed to offend an NGO named Jai Ho Foundation enough for them to file a police complaint against him at Mumbai’s Cyber Police station in Bandra Kurla Complex. According to reports, Rishi Kapoor’s ‘smart alec’ tweet is the culprit.

According to an IANS report, Afroz Malik, President of Jai Ho Foundation NGO said, "We would request you to immediately register an FIR against actor Rishi Kapoor under relevant sections of POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) and IT Act for posting indecent, nude and vulgar picture of a minor child on his Twitter account @chintskap”.

Kapoor’s post got a mixed bag of reactions from his followers, while some thought his post was indecent and vulgar, others saw it as harmless fun.

Mr Malik's statement further reads,

Rishi Kapoor has more than 2.6 Million followers on (his) Twitter account. This means this pornographic image material got circulated to more than 2.6 Million people. There are more than 66 retweets and 476 likes as of now on his this indecent image.

Jai Ho Foundation is a Maharashtra based NGO registered under Women and Child Development Department of the state.

Despite the police complaint, neither Rishi Kapoor nor Twitter have taken the post down.
