Manav, Nandita on Fresh Take of ‘Albert Pinto Ko Gussa Kyun...’

The 2019 film is inspired by Saeed Akhtar Mirza’s 1980 cult classic.

Actor Manav Kaul, who has portrayed a character played by Naseeruddin Shah in the original Albert Pinto Ko Gussa Kyun Aata Hai, says he knew it was a role he had to handle with care in the film's fresh take.

The inspired film of the Saeed Akhtar Mirza's 1980 cult classic features Manav and Nandita Das.

Written and directed by Soumitra Ranade of Jajantaram Mamantaram fame, the modern take of Albert Pinto.. explores the theme of personal and societal struggle in today's times. It will release on April 12.
