This is the fourth song from the film. It has been sung by Vishal Mishra. Previously ‘Bhekhayali’, ‘Tujhe Kitna Chahne Lage’, and ‘Mere Sohneya’ have been released by the filmmakers.
Kabir Singh is an official remake of Telugu film Arjun Reddy, starring Vijay Deverakonda. The original film was directed by Sandeep Vanga who is also directing the remake. Kabir Singh stars Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani. Kabir Singh is the story of a medical student who falls in love with a fellow student, played by Kiara Advani. When the latter leaves Kabir, the protagonist begins spiraling into a self-destructive void.
Kabir Singh will release on 21 June.

Shahid Kapoor earlier said that he has been going through his share of "intense self-destruction" after a heartbreak has helped him connect to his role in his upcoming film Kabir Singh in which he plays a doctor who turns into an alcoholic after the woman he loves marries someone else.
“I've had my very intense, self-destructive, heartbreak, angsty moments, where I've not been in control,” he told PTI. According to Shahid, his character is a “phase in everyone’s life”.
