A number of stars have skipped the IIFA awards this time around. While some were busy working like Shah Rukh, Ranbir Kapoor and Ranveer Singh, others preferred to spend time with family instead, like Priyanka Chopra, Hrithik Roshan and the Bachchans.
While Anushka is away, Shah Rukh has taken up the full responsibility of promoting Jab Harry Met Sejal all by himself. The actor has been making city tours and this time he is in Jaipur.
Anushka Sharma skipped IIFA not because she is chilling with bae Virat Kohli but because she is in New York to shoot and not to attend the award function. Anushka is shooting for Sanjay Dutt’s biopic. She did take some time off to spend some quality time with Virat.
After finishing all his promotional activities for Jagga Jasoos and as the film hit theaters, it’s time for Ranbir to move on to his other ongoing project. The actor was spotted at Mumbai international airport leaving for New York to shoot for the Sanjay Dutt biopic. He will join Anushka at New York.
While Alia is busy with IIFA, Sidharth Malhotra is in London shooting for his next film Aiyaary.
Abhishek and Aishwarya skipped IIFA but they were in the city having a good time. The couple was spotted clicking pictures with fans in the past few days.
As all the stars left Mumbai for NYC, Priyanka Chopra flew home for a few days so she could ring in her brother’s birthday. Now, PeeCee with her mommy and brother left the country for a birthday vacation. Priyanka will turn a year older on 18 July.
Ranveer was spotted in a studio in Mumbai clciking pictures with fans.
Hrithik and Sussanne have been holidaying with the kids in USA and were also spotted in New York City today.
