After scoring at the box office with hits like 1920 and Raaz, Vikram Bhatt is back with a horror film. The film is titled Ghost and the trailer for it dropped on 23 September. The movie stars Sanaya Irani and Shivam Bhaargava. It is produced by Vashu Bhagnani.

The trailer begins with a mysterious murder that is most likely committed by a ghost. But as Sanaya Irani in the trailer says, “Laws apply only to humans, not to ghosts.” Halfway into the trailer, the premise of the film shifts from being a horror film to a love story with cringe-worthy dialogues and back to being a horror film again. With a few jump scares scattered at various intervals in the two-minute long clip, the trailer fails to achieve the desired effect. As more murders begin to surface, Shivam Bhaargava’s character is confused and terrified. So is the audience. But for a different reason.
