‘Fukrey Returns’ Box Office: The ‘Fukras’ Cross the Rs 30 Cr Mark

As they say, the cash registers are ringing.

Fukrey Returns has set the cash registers ringing at the box office. The sequel to the 2013 comedy, helmed by Richa Chadha, Pulkit Samrat, Ali Fazal, Varun Sharma and Manjot Singh, it continues to have a great run at the box office, with a total collection of about Rs 32.40 crores.

It’s outstanding opening minted Rs 8.10 crore on the first day alone. Fukrey on the other hand, had earned Rs 2.62 crore.

The comedy, which is being touted by critics as fun but not as sterling as the original, is getting good word-of-mouth publicity.
