Priyanka Chopra has arrived in France for this year’s edition of the legendary Cannes Film Festival and she’s already teasing us with every little bit of her trip. You see, this is the first time Priyanka is attending the festival and walking the red carpet at Cannes. We couldn’t possibly be more excited!
On 17 May, Priyanka’s husband US singer Nick Jonas joined her in Cannes and the two were spotted taking a leisurely walk around the city. Could a red carpet appearance be on the cards? We’ll have to wait and see.

The trailer for upcoming Netflix series Leila, based on Prayaag Akbar’s eponymous novel, has been released. The two-minute-long clip offers a window into an eerie, dystopian world where people are indoctrinated by leaders of the cult-like Aryavarta religion and segregated on the basis of caste, religion and income. The series follows Shalini, played by Huma Qureshi, who must brave several obstacles on her quest to find her daughter who is taken away from her as a child.

Tanushree Dutta has issued a statement to quash rumours that Nana Patekar has been given a clean chit by the Mumbai Police in the case of sexual harassment that the actor filed against him in October last year. She alleged that the rumours are a publicity stunt on behalf of Patekar’s entourage in an attempt to rectify his image since opportunities in Bollywood have dried up in the wake of the accusations that sparked India’s #MeToo movement.
