The trailer for upcoming Bollywood film Mission Mangal released today. Inspired by India’s 2013 Mars space programme Mangalyaan, the film features an ensemble cast that includes Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Sharman Joshi and more.
The trailer begins with Akshay Kumar’s voiceover. It gives us a glimpse into the lives of the team that will eventually make Mission Mangal reality, with Akshay Kumar’s character pushing them to go beyond their limits and make the impossible happen.

The Prosecutors in the US state of Massachusetts have dropped a criminal case against Kevin Spacey, who was accused of groping an 18-year-old man at a bar on the island of Nantucket, Massachusetts, in 2016.
The charges of indecent assault and battery were dropped on Wednesday, after the accuser in the case refused to testify about a missing phone. The defence had argued that the phone could prove the actor’s innocence.

Actor Ajaz Khan, who is best known for being a contestant on the seventh season of the television reality show Bigg Boss, has been arrested by the Mumbai Police for uploading a TikTok video with objectionable content.
The video was allegedly ‘communal’ in nature and was seen propagating hate towards certain religions. Ajaz was arrested after a complaint was filed against him under Section 34 of the IPC and 67 of the IT Act. Further investigation is being conducted by the Mumbai Cyber Crime Police.

Actor Arjun Rampal and his girlfriend Gabriella Demtriades were blessed with a baby boy on 18 July. JP Dutta’s daughter Nidhi Dutta took to Twitter to announce the same. She wrote, “Congratulations @rampalarjun on the arrival of your bundle of joy! God bless!" Gabriella was admitted to the Hinduja Hospital on 16 July and was later joined by Arjun’s daugher Myra and Mahikaa.

On Wednesday, streaming giant Netflix announced that it would soon be rolling out a low-budget mobile-only subscription plan for its Indian users. The plan will be priced lower than its other subscription plans, which are much higher than that of other streaming platforms like Amazon and Hotstar.
The announcement was made along with the company’s quarterly results which showed that Netflix had additional subscribers were lower than the expected figure.
