Arjun’s ‘Panipat’ Victory Song is Nothing Like Ranveer’s Bajirao

Arjun Kapoor starrer Panipat’s new victory song Mann Mein Shiva is out and it’s nothing like what we have seen of Ranveer Singh dancing on in Bajirao Mastani. The video shows the Marathas celebrating their victory dancing to the song which expresses their love for Shiva. Arjun Kapoor and Kriti Sanon are seen dressed in traditional Maratha outfits matching steps to the song. One also sees the union of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj & Sadashiv Rao Bhau.

The song is written by Javed Akhtar and composed by Ajay and Atul, and has been sung by Kunal Ganjawala, Deepanshi Nagar & Padmanabh Gaikwad.

The cast came together for a mega song launch. Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon were seeing arriving on a chariot with the rest of the cast and director Ashutosh Gowariker. They were welcomed by troop of dancers in a traditional manner.

Panipat is a period film directed by Ashutosh Gowariker. Arjun Kapoor plays the role of the Marath cheif Sadashiv Rao who lead the army and fought the third battle of Panipat against Afghan king Ahmad Shah Abdali which is played by Sanjay Dutt. Kriti Sanon will be seen as Sadashiv’s dutiful wife, Parvati Bai. Zeenat Aman will feature in the film as Sakina Begum and Padmini Kolhapure as Gopika Bai.

The film is set to hit theatres on December 6.
