Preeti Jain Convicted for Plotting Murder of Madhur Bhandarkar

Preeti Jain had paid two gangsters to kill the director to kill the actor

Actor and model Preeti Jain, along with two others, have been convicted by a Mumbai court on charges of conspiring to kill Director Madhur Bhandarkar, on Friday.

Two, including actor Preeti Jain, were sentenced to three years’ imprisonment by a Mumbai court, while one got two years in jail.

Two others, who were investigated, have been acquitted by the court.

The court convicted her for giving money to gangsters to kill the director in 2005.

That same year, Jain had registered a case of rape against the director. He was cleared of all charges shortly after.
