Amitabh, Not Aishwarya Will Be a Part of Mohanlal’s ‘Randamoozham’

Mohanlal and Amitabh Bachchan have previously collaborated on two other projects.

Amitabh Bachchan is all set to star alongside Malayalam superstar, Mohanlal in the film, Randamoozham. Mohanlal will be playing the role of Bhima in the film.

Rumours were abuzz about both Amitabh and Aishwarya Rai starring in the film. However, the director of Randamoozham, Sreekumar confirmed that only Big B would be a part of the project and not Aishwarya.

Yes, he is the Bhishma of Randamoozham. We aren’t taking any cinematic liberties with the character for the movie, he will be playing the role as it is in the book.

The director also said that they are in the process of finalising the rest of the cast and crew.

Mohanlal and Big B have previously collaborated on two projects, Ram Gopal Verma’s Aag (2007) and Kandahar (2010); but both flopped at the box-office.

Randamoozham is a mega project being made on a budget of Rs 600 crore.
