Prime MInister Narendra Modi, soon after taking oath for his second term, said that his new cabinet is a a good mix of “youthful energy and administrative experience”.

PM Modi, along with his new Council of Ministers – comprising 57 ministers – took oath at the Rashtrapati Bhavan on Thursday, 30 May, under the administration of President Ramnath Kovind.

In a tweet, PM Modi said that his new cabinet has people who have excelled as Parliamentarians and those who have had distinguished professional careers.

In another tweet, PM Modi thanked his guests, saying that the “occasion was made even more special by the participation of esteemed world leaders.”
