Just over a week is left for the US Election Day.
Trump was speaking to his supporters in Toledo, Ohio, when he suggested that the American election be cancelled and he be declared the winner.
This comes from the man who has earlier bluntly said that the election is rigged against him by Hillary Clinton and the media.
Earlier too, during the primaries, Donald Trump had wondered if voters could cast their votes early since he was doing well on the polls.
Not only does he want the win to be given to him, he has also asked his supporters to be wary at polling booths, to ensure no irregularities are taking place. He has called voter fraud a rampant practice, yet studies show it’s rare.
But then, Trump is not one to go by real polls and facts, is he?
