Republican nominee for the US Presidential Election, Donald Trump has repeatedly cautioned the US voters of a possible rigged election.
He has said that if not the polling machines, there will still be a large scale voter fraud.
But it is a matter of speculation about how much of Trump’s tall tale is actually a possibility.
An NBC investigation has found out that a “large scale” voter fraud is next to being impossible with a completely decentralised voting system which has over 8,000 jurisdiction which not only have different machines, rules and regulation but also security.
Although, there are states where the Direct Recording Electronic voting machine is still in use which is not as hack proof as the verifiable paper ballots and optical scanners which is not connected to the internet and have zero chances of rigging polls.
