After Prime Minister Narendra Modi held talks with Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz on ways to expand strategic cooperation, India and Saudi Arabia signed five agreements, including one on exchange of intelligence.
Below are the key MoUs signed between the two governments:

- Agreement on Labour Co-operation for Recruitment of General Category Workers.
- Technical Cooperation Program between the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).
- Executive Program for Cooperation in the Field of Handicrafts to promote Tourism and National Heritage.
- MoU between Financial Intelligence Unit - India and the Financial Intelligence Unit-Saudi Arabia concerning Cooperation in the Exchange of Intelligence related to Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and Related Crimes
- Framework for Investment Promotion Cooperation between Invest India and the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA).
Prior to this, PM Modi visited the TCS all-women IT Centre in Riyadh. In his brief address to the audience at TCS he said:
I am meeting those IT professionals who I can say today represent the glory of Saudi Arabia.Narendra Modi
After this he posed for photographs, many of them selfies, with the women IT professionals.
