Odd-Even: Delhi Govt Responds to HC, Says Another Week Needed

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday asked the Aam Aadmi Party government if it can limit its scheme of allowing odd and even-numbered vehicles to ply on alternate dates to a week instead of the planned 15 days.

However, Delhi’s transport minister Gopal Rai said that the government decided on a 15-day trial to take all the various aspects into consideration for better analysis. “As far as the court’s judgement is concerned, we will present our findings to the court on January 8,” he says.
