This is the second time Ferrari has launched a store in Delhi. It has appointed Select Cars Pvt Ltd as its distributor.

Ferrari entered the Indian market way back in 2011 with the Shreyans Group being its sole distributor.

The store was accused of poor after-sales service by several Ferrari owners. Things got ugly when high-profile owners like Gautam Singhania, Chairman and MD of the Raymond Group, started to publicly express their disappointment with the store.

This ultimately led to Ferrari ending their tie-up with the Shreyans Group in a matter of three years.

According to Ferrari, things are going to be different this time around.

We will strive to constantly exceed our customers’ expectations in every way. The showroom will offer the new car sales and the highest quality of after-sales service with an unprecedented buying experience.

The company seems to be taking the ‘Ferrari Experience’ seriously. Interested customers will be able to completely modify the car they wish to buy.
