If you’ve been waiting to buy the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 tablet in India, then we’ve got good news. Microsoft’s CEO has gifted Indian consumers with the news that the Surface Pro 4 Windows 10 tablet will finally be available in Indian markets by 2016.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is the successor of the Surface Pro 3 that was not available in India, and one had to buy it from American and European markets.

It’s got a 12.3-inch display with 2736x1824 pixel resolution. But even with its size, Surface Pro 4 is slimmer and lighter than the Surface Pro 3. The display is detachable from the keyboard stand, making it the perfect tablet-to-laptop device for on-the-go use.

It is powered by the latest 6th generation Intel (Core i5 and Core i7) processor with 4/8/16GB RAM options. This way, consumers can choose the variant that fits their requirement and budget. You also get a pen that can be used for quick scribbles and notes.

Microsoft Surface Pro 4 runs on Windows 10 and comes bundled with Office suite to buyers and storage options range from 128GB to 500GB.

Inspired by the Surface series, the likes of Samsung and Apple have also tried their hands on products like the Note Pro and iPad Pro that will be available in the US later this month. It is good to know that Microsoft is finally taking the Indian market seriously. Now we wait and see how they get price it.
