Yuvraj Singh scored 44 runs off 30 balls as Sunrisers Hyderabad knocked out Kolkata Knight Riders after beating them in the IPL eliminator at New Delhi on Wednesday.

The Kolkata Knight Riders batsmen kept getting out at regular intervals while chasing Hyderabad’s score of 162/8.

The 46-run partnership between Manish Pandey and Suryakumar Yadav in the middle overs kept Kolkata in the game but once the partnership was broken, Hyderabad took control of the match.

Earlier, the Hyderabad captain David Warner and Moises Henriques strung an important partnership of 59 runs at the top of the order.

But Warner and Henriques fell in quick succession in the tenth over which brought back the balance in the match.

Then Yuvraj Singh’s innings propelled Hyderabad to a decent score of 162/8.

Here’s a look at the match through pictures.
