In the latest development in the Kerala Solar Scam saga, co-accused Saritha Nair on Monday submitted some fresh evidence to the solar judicial commission supporting her recent allegations.
She produced three CDs and some documents before the commission. Nair claims the CDs contain recorded conversations between her and MLA Benny Behnan, KPCC secretary Thampanoor Ravi and CM’s former gunman Salim Raj.
She had previously alleged that these two politicians have compelled her to manipulate and hide facts during the investigation.
She said that she will produce more evidence against minister Thiruvanjiyoor and Chandy Oommen, CM Oommen Chandy’s son in the next two days.
Last week, Saritha Nair claimed that CM Oommen Chandy asked her to form a company with his son Chandy Oommen, as its director and with other family members on board.
She said that she met Chandy Oommen at Cliff House and held discussions twice, following which he asked her to make a deal with an American company, which would supply solar panels.
Further, Saritha alleged that the CM’s son Chandy Oommen was in an intimate relationship with a woman who is a co-accused in the case and also accompanied this woman to Dubai.
According to Saritha, one of the CDs contains a conversation between Salim Raj and Thampanoor Ravi, and the other two CDs contain conversations between her and Benny Behnan and video of businessman Abraham Kalann threatening her to not reveal facts.
