Promenade des Anglais, a walkway constructed along the coast of la Baie des Anges (Bay of Angels), is famous for it’s all-encompassing blueness and the ocean that never seemed to end. Sun lovers, baby strollers, bicyclists and skateboarders frequent it, and it always has been a happy place for regular people living their regular lives.
