- In fresh revelations in the Bihar Intermediate toppers scam, scamsters were reportedly charging Rs 5 lakh for every fake Intermediate certificate. The candidate did not have to take the exam or even be enrolled in any college to get the certificate, according to The Times of India.
- The special investigation team (SIT) probing the scam on 14 June raided the premises of Ganga Devi Mahila College in the city.
- The SIT is yet to procure warrants to arrest the accused. On Sunday, the police arrested Bachcha Roy, the director of the Vishnu Roy College and the main accused in the case. The police has not asked for his remand.
