While on one hand, the streaming service has reasonably priced plans (Rs 120/month for individuals), and has playlists curated by content partners like Rolling Stone, on the other, it has no web view like Saavn or Rdio. Worse, when veteran Apple users like Jim Dalrymple have issues with the service that they have to take to Apple to resolve, you know there’s a problem.

An Open Letter to Kabir Khan
