Three cars with explosives have been found near Kerala’s Puttingal temple. The owners of the cars have been identified as SS Thushara, Surendran KL and Stalin Almeda.
The abandoned cars were found at a temple located near the Puttingal Devi temple, where a fireworks display turned disastrous early Sunday morning, leaving at least 109 dead and over 300 injured.
Five people were detained on Monday in connection with the fireworks show at the Kollam temple which went awry before dawn on Sunday, the Kerala DGP said.
