Kangana Ranaut via her lawyer Rizwan Siddiquee has now lodged a complaint against Hrithik Roshan and she wants him arrested. Siddiquee has written to the Mumbai Police Commissioner stating that Hrithik Roshan has been circulating certain emails and objectionable photographs of his client, Kangana, to the media and within the film industry.
Alleged demonstration and/or circulation of my client Ms. Kangana Ranaut’s absolutely private and confidential emails as well as photographs etc. by Mr. Hritik (sic) Roshan to non-concerned third parties thereby wilfully outraging my client’s modesty and imputing unchastity to her.Letter by Rizwan Siddiquee, Kangana Ranaut’s Lawyer
Your duty to prevent such cognizable offences as has been provided for under Section 149 and 150 of Criminal Procedure Code as well as your right to cause arrest of the accused person as provided for under Section 151 of the said Code.Letter by Rizwan Siddiquee, Kangana Ranaut’s Lawyer
The first para of Siddiquee’s letter further states:
Sir,
My client Ms. Kangana Ranaut has been given to understand that her absolutely private and confidential emails as well as photographs etc. which were collected by Mr. Hritik Roshan during his association with her are being malafidely and mischievously misused by Mr. Hrithik Roshan with criminal intentions of damaging my client’s reputation and to wilfully impute inchastity to her.
The letter ends by saying:
In the premises aforestated whilst my client is reserving her rights to file a proper complaint in the form of a FIR, you are in the meantime requested to immediately look into the said matter and prevent cognizance of any such offence if the same has yet not been blatantly committed.Letter by Rizwan Siddiquee, Kangana Ranaut’s Lawyer
Meanwhile, the cyber crime cell of the Mumbai Police is already investigating a complaint filed by Hrithik alleging that an imposter was using his email id to correspond with Kangana.
In a statement given earlier in the day, Kangana’s lawyer has said that the Mumbai Police has not made any fresh demand for the actress’ laptop:
No such specific demand has been made yet and the generic Notice which was first sent by the Cyber crime wherein a demand of computer, laptop and phone etc. was made by them has been duly withdrawn and instead a request letter has been sent to my client in accordance with the provisions of Section 160 of CRPCRizwan Siddiquee, Kangana Ranaut’s Lawyer
We just couldn’t help but notice that Kangana’s lawyer needs to get Hrithik’s spelling right at some places in the letter.
