Nissan has announced that its iconic GT-R sports car and the new X-Trail Hybrid crossover will be available in the country by September this year. The Nissan GT-R’s got a twin-turbo 3.8-litre V6 petrol engine that, according to Nissan, produces 550PS and 632Nm of torque, with ample power.
It’s also got a host of in-car technology that provides smooth handling and an all-wheel drive system that should make driving the Nissan GT-R enjoyable even for novices.
The new Nissan X-Trail Hybrid will also come to the Indian market this year. Nissan claims that the X-Trail is their first ever full hybrid SUV in India. The X-Trail comes equipped with the 2.0-litre MR20DD petrol engine twinned with an advanced 31kw electric motor that takes care of the performance side of the crossover and yet is compliant with the environment.
The pricing in India for both Nissan GT-R and Nissan X-Trail will be announced in the coming months.
